We provide research and evaluation services to policy makers and employers in the UK and internationally. Our aim is to create high quality evidence and assess the work of others to help decision makers and stimulate debate. We are experienced in a range of research methods to provide answers to difficult questions.
Our interests and competencies are widespread. With experience of conducting research into health and work we have investigated workplace stress, general well-being, HR policies and health and safety. We have also conducted a range of research on skills issues including training, higher education, coaching and careers guidance. Most recently we have looked at social care provision for older adults and for disabled young people. We have also evaluated a number of mentoring programmes for disadvantaged young people.
We see our role as providing reliable and relevant information and advice to help our clients to make the right decisions and generally promote good practice.
