CIPD

Research Partners supported the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD) with an important study testing out a randomised control trial of new strengths based training  within civil service organisations.

We completed a series of interviews and focus groups with staff, management and unions across a range of civil service departments who were participating in the trial before and after the implementation of the training. We provided an independent and confidential space for individuals to feed back about their experiences of the training and/or the impact of the training on management and organisational practice in relation to performance management.
